Experience in delivering ERP projects for both Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS and On-Prem platforms, migrations from Dynamics NAV to Business Central, financial localization (IFRS, US GAAP, AU GST, EU VAT), and enterprise integration using new API technologies following Microsoft best practices.

I have a lot of experience making Dynamics NAV and Business Central talk to other enterprise systems. I’m comfortable working with REST APIs, SOAP, and OData, and I'm used to handling data in XML or JSON formats to keep everything syncing smoothly.

Modern Customization Patterns:
I prefer using the publisher/subscriber event model. It’s the best way to keep the core code untouched while making sure customizations are scalable and don’t break during upgrades.

Project Management Approach:
Experienced in managing ERP projects using a hybrid Waterfall and Agile approach. High-level project phases such as requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and go-live are managed through structured delivery processes, while iterative improvements and development tasks are handled using Agile practices to support flexibility and continuous delivery.

DevOps & Automation:
To keep projects moving, I use Git for version control and PowerShell for scripting. I also set up build pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate the deployment process for on-prem environments.

Reporting, Power Platform & Data Viz:
I build more than just standard reports. I’ve developed complex RDLC layouts, interactive Power BI dashboards, and custom Jet or Crystal Reports to give businesses the data they actually need. Also used Microsoft Power Automate to streamline routine business operations such as sales and purchase approval workflows with automated email notifications and approval processes.

SharePoint & Workflow Automation:
I used REST interfaces to bridge Dynamics NAV with SharePoint to automate document archiving and file attachment management for ERP records and related business documents.

SQL Server Performance:
Beyond just writing code, I know my way around SQL Server. I can handle performance tuning, run diagnostics, and troubleshoot database-level issues to keep enterprise applications running fast.
